Mahesh jee was so quick, supportive and wonderful with all help at the Tahsildaar office at Dapoli. He is great communicator and provides all information quickly
The actual site is amazing with spellbounding views of the sea. One recommendation to HOABL is to put some signboards between Dapoli and actual site location to guide visitors. I found NONE. The mobile network except Vodafone hardly works there so can’t rely on Google maps fully.
Amazing experience visiting the site after exactly a year. While the last visit was just a quick drop by to see the plot in person, this visit gave us a full a glimpse of all the amenities HOABL built over the last few months.
And what a turnaround it has been in very quick time! The Clubhouse, Wellness Centre, the Roadway with clear signs and of course the Pool, with the star of the show, the Infinity Pool, everything here really impressed us to the tee.
The kids wanted a quick dip in and had a great time swimming and playing in the Infinity Pool, which really is one of the best features of the entire site. Spoke with the staff too who were simply thrilled to have us there. Can't wait to have more people here as plots start getting developed.

Completely digital, user-friendly app. I have booked two plots sitting at home. Registrations do happen on site but it is quite interesting to use my phone for this. Zainab helped facilitate throuhgout.

I had booked a property offered at Tomorrow Land Anjarle for sale by your esteemed company on 07.05.2023.
Later on I changed my mind and sent a request for cancellation on 04.06.2023.
I communicated frequently with your staff for refund of money-Rs.45000/- paid by me as booking amount. Every time new date is given but amount is not refunded.
Since seven months have passed and despite my multiple reminders no one is paying heed to it.
I am likely to go to consumer forum and lodge a complaint tomorrow . If You fail to refund money by tomorrow, I shall be forced to go to consumer forum.
